I wanted to try something besides painting. I loved this picture from a Catholic Charities brochure. I'm not done yet. I've got a couple things out of perspective but overall it's been a really fun medium. Thanks to Joseph's left over materials from art school I tried the pastels. I'll keep you posted on my progress.
I know I use the word contrast a lot but I really like how the bright colors contrast with the earthy, rustic setting. That chick on the far left looks awesome! can't wait to see the finished piece.
