Fall

Although fall is over, I want to share some impressions of fall.
On one side the color grey symbolizes sadness and depression, and on the other side red demonstrates a warm and colorful atmosphere. The strong trees brave the stormy season. This is fall for me.
By the way...
Dark red is associated with vigor, willpower, rage, anger, leadership, courage.
Reddish-brown is associated with harvest and fall.

  1. I love how the reflection of the trees make them seem like they are floating in water a bit and how that contrasts with the autumnal colors since blue is normally associated with water. It's interesting how those colors give the painting a cozy feel yet are usually colors associated with anger. I feel more calm looking at the painting. Beautiful Katja!
