Tiny Art
I've always wanted to try tiny art. This painting is 3" x 3"! I think whatever you are doing right now you should stop and go out and buy a few of these tiny canvases and tiny easels to put them on and go to town. Most fun I've had in a loooong time.
I'd love to see some from you!

The Setting
With all the recent snow that's been piling up, I've been daydreaming of spring. I've done this one before and it sold at the gallery so they requested another one. You'd think having done it before (twice actually) that it would be easy but no - I did and re-did the clouds several times. What is it about clouds that SHOULD be so easy to do but actually not at all? And don't even get me started on the trees... I do like how it turned out but I definitely am feeling a bit "stuck" and in need of some more art instruction. Preferably a place that also has day care!

A Palette Cleanser
I've been spending so much time updating my etsy shop with digital designs that it was so refreshing being in the 3D world of art again. I had this set in my mind for awhile and finally had time today to paint all 4. They will be available individually or as a set. I'm pretty sure that the first post of this blog with the 4 panels influenced this latest one so thanks girls!

Fall
Although fall is over, I want to share some impressions of fall.
On one side the color grey symbolizes sadness and depression, and on the other side red demonstrates a warm and colorful atmosphere. The strong trees brave the stormy season. This is fall for me.
By the way...
Dark red is associated with vigor, willpower, rage, anger, leadership, courage.
Reddish-brown is associated with harvest and fall.
